Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 12, 2026
This policy explains what information SteadyCall (“SteadyCall”, “we”) collects through this website and our services, and how we use it. We provide services to businesses; the websites we build for our clients have their own privacy policies.
What we collect
- Audit requests: your name, company, email, city, number of trucks, website and anything you write in the form.
- Missed-call audits: for calls forwarded to our audit line, the caller’s number, the date and time, the call length and any voicemail the caller chooses to leave. We process this on behalf of the business that asked for the audit.
- Client accounts: billing contact details and the content you send us for your website. Card payments are handled by Stripe; we never see your full card number.
- Website usage: anonymous visit statistics from Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies or track you across sites.
How we use it
- To reply to your request, run your audit and send you its results.
- To build, host and report on your website if you become a client, and to bill you.
- To keep our services secure and working.
We do not sell personal information or share it for advertising. We don’t contact the callers in an audit.
Who helps us
- Cloudflare (hosting, security checks and analytics)
- Resend (sending email)
- Twilio (audit phone lines, call tracking and, for clients who choose it, text messages)
- Stripe (payments)
We work remotely, so information may be accessed from outside the United States. Our providers protect it with industry-standard security.
How long we keep it
- Audit call records and voicemails: deleted within 30 days after we send your report.
- Audit requests and emails: kept while we’re in touch, and deleted on request.
- Client records: kept while you’re a client and as long as tax and legal rules require afterwards.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing hello@steadycallhq.com. You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time using the link in any email or by replying “unsubscribe”.
Do Not Track
This website does not track visitors across other sites, so it treats all visits the same whether or not your browser sends a Do Not Track signal.
Children
Our services are for businesses and are not directed at children under 13.
Changes
If we change this policy, we’ll update the date at the top of this page.
